You have not received the activation key...
Here are the steps you can take to retrieve your key.
Instant on-line receipt
If the page in your browser where you made the payment is still open, continue to the next page.
The key is displayed on the next page where you navigate from PayPal after you complete the payment, but because you go from a secure page at PayPal to a regular page at us, your browser might show a message that you are leaving a secure area. Many people close the browser at that point and so do not see the key.
Automated email
Our automated system sends you an email shortly after we receive a notification from PayPal, but there is a delay before we get notified of the payments.
The email originates from the address printed on the card seen above, so please make sure you do not block the messages from this address.
Retrieve the activation key
Please enter the Receipt Number sent to you by PayPal and click on the Submit button. The Receipt Number consists of four numbers separated by dashes.
Or, please enter the Transaction ID sent to you by PayPal and click on the Submit button. The Transaction ID consists of at least 16 letters and numbers.
Or, please enter the email address that you used to send the payment using PayPal and click on the Submit button. The email address must match the one you used for the payment.

If you still don't have the activation key, please send us an email. We will respond to you as soon as we possibly can.

Spam
We keep access to this email address unrestricted, but unfortunately we receive several hundred unsolicited emails every day.
Please help us sort through the junk by using the name of the software package in the subject line of your email.
Reply
Please add our email address to the list of approved addresses in your address book, if you expect a reply from us.
Otherwise, our reply might get deleted by your spam filters and never reach you.
